5 parts eggnog
1 part french vanilla heavy coffee creamer
0.5 parts splenda or other dissolving low call sweetener
2 parts cool whip


mix thoroughly while heating gently


top with whipped cream


drink have ohon handy to call the hospital is you have a sudden sugar coma developed diabetes or begin to have a seizure ect..


serve in shot glasses , it's too rich to have very much
