Species of Myth, Legend, and Heraldry
« on: April 23, 2015, 05:31:22 AM »
Chimeras, quilin, gryphons, nemean lions, sphinxes, dragons, North-American spirit guides.

If there's a legend or a myth about your species, then you probably fit in the criteria for this thread.
Same applies if your species has appeared on the banners or coat-of-arms of any nation, organization, or society.

How many mythics/heraldics do we have out there?

Not sure if I fit in here, but I'm a Amarok/Owl hybrid. An Amarok is a mythical wolf described in Inuit stories. They're known for being huge and solitary, and there's a lot of stories surrounding them.
