New to the fandom..

I knew furries existed but thought it was wierd and sex-based. Then I watched some Furry Convention videos and just fell in love with the fandom, and realised my fury-ness(is that a thing?). Anyway's my fursona is a Raccoon, but I haven't thought of a name yet. My friends despise furries and said they would abandon anyone if they were a furry, so that kinda sucks. I'm really into gaming and i am a massive nerd. I love comic books and my favourite superhero is Green Lantern (the hal jordan variant). I am a 14 year old guy, soon to be 15, and I am from the UK. You will probably be seeing me around here a lot as I have a lot of free time out of school. Thanks for reading!

Welcome to the forums. Im sorry your friends have been intolerant. Unfortunately furries often get alot of bad rap. Here we are accepting of all kinds and very friendly. I also like the green lantern. Its cool to have a UK member. Im from Florida (USA). I hope you enjoy it here
