My dad died today and I have no idea how to handle it and where to pick up on life. Any advice on how to handle this?

Sorry for your loss Moonwolf

It's very tough and traumatizing moment in live. I lost my grandma almost 2 years ago (March 12, 2014).

Everyone is different, so what worked for me may not easily work for you.
Talking with other family members and remembering the good times with the deceased family member helps. I also wrote down my deep feelings in a notebook, crying also helped me.
