Conflicting Orders
« on: August 16, 2016, 05:00:45 AM »
Snow fell from the sky like ash falling from a burnt forest. Tanks rolled across the border of New Republica. Soldiers marched and sung as there boots crashed against the ground of foreign land. The nation of Anochia neighbored New Republica for thousands of years. The Anthro's tortured, killed, and maimed the human race in Anochia. Now it's Anochia's turn, the Anochian United Army or AUA has moved into New Republica and has begun Operation Nebelwerfur.

Henrik stood in the middle of the border town of New Republica known as Katorga. he was talking to another officer about the invasion. After a few moments he blew his whistle and screamed, "Gather up!"

Rocco
Rocco watched from his house with fury as these invaders marched through HIS country and HIS town. Oh, they'd pay alright, they'd pay. He was just glad he'd been warned so he had time to scrub, separate, and cache his family's supply of weapons. Granted, he didn't have any heavy weapons, but it would have to be enough, and he was certain he'd 'acquire' some from AUA later.

Demagol
Demagol loved the opening of any invasion. Enemy to beat, strict schedule to keep, and maybe a little plunder to snag. Which was what he was doing right now, making a 'withdrawal' from the bank. Except, he hadn't ever put anything in. He laughed as the bank teller forked over a bag of valuables. He didn't want money of the Republic, that was worthless here now. However, gold and silver coins and jewelry? Now THAT was a different story. Until he heard the whistle. He stuffed his pockets with his loot and ran to where the whistle was, Brigadefuhrer Stowe. He ran up and saluted his superior.
