I think he has the right idea. He's not trained to deal with the situation, so he's not caring about it. He's doing the best thing he can do and minding his own business. Tell me right now if you see logic in, if there was a terrorist attack, for every Tom, Dick and Harry to run towards the attack to see what's going on.
