Chess pieces, what furry species?
« on: October 28, 2017, 10:24:29 AM »
So I'm curious as to what you think would be suiting species to use for chess pieces. One thing to note though is the knight does not have to be a horse. It can be a different species on its own, or a knight riding a mount (equine or not). To get some variety at first, let's settle two rules:
-One chess piece + species per person
=You can comment a species or chess piece already mentioned
This thread is just for fun. After a week or so I might revoke rule 1, depending on the activity here  ^_^

Hmm... I think an anthro cobra would make for a good queen for some reason.

Sure, no reason at all.  XP

I think knights would be some kind of cat, because they can jump over other pieces to pounce on their targets.

knights can be birds since they're the only pieces that can jump over other pieces

This is a reminder about keeping to one piece/species per person. You may discuss outside this thread.
Thank you.  :3
