NeonDragon has a book out called Dragonart. It's a how-to on dragons and is EXTREMELY helpful. She's also got another book coming about fantasy characters with a focus on anatomy. She has more stuff posted about it throughout her deviantART submissions. http://neondragon.deviantart.com
