Can someone help with fur/scalesona?

I am really bad at drawing so I was wondering if anyone could help me with it.

Name- Gizor Delso
Species- Chameleon
Height- About 5''8
Build- about average
Colour- not really necessary for my pic but it would be a jungle camo type colour with varying shades of green
Clothing- A single fang necklace, an ammo belt, and some camo coloured cargo pants.
other- he has a sniper rifle or a spear, you could put either, or, or even both if you want,  and he has a large horn on his snout.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
