I'll give you a great two step solution:

1: get dressed
2: go to a doctor

if you EVER have a health problem that affects your ability to function in daily life, you go to a doctor, not a forum.

not trying to be rude, and no it wasn't off topic, but if it seriously affects your quality of life, go to a doctor as soon as you can.

it doesn't affect my quality of life seriously, it just happens sometimes when i stop sprinting in PE classes or when i get tired..

Have you ruled out sleep apnea, hypopnea, or strees/pain/discomfort ?

no, not really, i just wake up and cant fall asleep for some time..

He's right, though.  You probably should see a doctor.

I have a sleep disorder caused by a delayed circadian rhythm which is generally untreatable.  I don't usually fall asleep until after the sun comes up and wake up between noon and one.  I've tried to change it, myself, but it just doesn't work.  Not even with medical and medicinal assistance.  My solution: Work nights.

The human mind ordinarily operates at only ten percent of its capacity -
the rest is overhead for the operating system.

All the walking I do around my campus during school is usually enough to wear me out during the week. During vacation times it kinda sucks though since I don't really have anywhere to walk around. I can take the dogs for a walk around the neighborhood or something sometimes, but they can't walk very far distances since they're small.

I try to watch what I eat, but I'm kind of a picky eater, so it limits my options. But... *shrugs* I don't think I'm doing too bad. I tend to just maintain my weight instead of gaining or losing.

Yea, I'm a VERY picky eater, and that's another one of my problems. Is there a site where you can type in what you have, and it could give you all of the dishes you could make?
