so i finally decied i was gonna join the furry fandom group on face book and i nervous if people are gonna say something or just see the image and say "oh cool" i hope that people maybe just wont care or wont notice

it's really up to what you want to do man. it's like with me joining the 'trevor project' on facebook. i was a bit aprehensive about joining it because im straight, and i don't want people thinking im questioning, gay, lesbian, transgender or whatever. but then i just said "ya know what, screw it, i want to show my support for people who aren't sure about who they are and care so much that they want to kill themselves. i want to help them, or if i can't then show my support for the people who are out there and doing so" if any body ask's you, if you don't want to tell them your furry say one of your friend's are and you want to be there to support him, or you want to show support for teh people who sometimes get criticised for doing and expressing what they want to do. or you can just say that "yes i am furry, if you don't like it, deal with it or leave me the heck alone"

I don't know anything about facebook, but here's what I'll say:

You can't please everyone, and everyone gets criticism for whatever reason. Besides, why should you be afraid of what complete strangers on the internet say about you, when they're not perfect either?
