I've just googled Blood Cravings and I found something called Pica, which is a disorder that makes you crave inedible things like coal, cigarette ash, and other stuff. Something similar to this happens when a woman goes through pregnancy.

Do you get enough Iron in your body? If not, then that might be a reason why you crave blood. Try a non-animal iron supplement from your local natural food store.
