Background: long story short evil clan attacks her clan leaving very few survivors. She and the survivors are accusses unjustly that they killed everyone. Dawn is the daughter of the clans leader and she is wanted most due to the artifact she posesses inside her body.

de-nied.  metal manipulation WILL BE restricted, such as no melting a guys sword and armor in the middle of the fight.  That would suck.  Also, your history is way off base.  If you had more closely read the description of the Light Verse, everybody is united.  There are no "clans" or seperate rebellious groups.
