I want to put on a picture for myself.. I can probably draw it, but I cant upload it! and i cant draw worth **** on the computer! what do i do!?  D:

I think maybe he's talking about from paper to computer. Just my guess. But you can always commission someone. Zeph there is great. Just give your commission person some specs and what ever they charge and you should be good. But for getting your drawing on the computer, try a scanner of some sort. Not really sure if that's right, but I'm sure someone else can clear it up who knows what they're talking about.
