Free Running/Parkour/Traceur <3

Right, basically in a years time my friend is going be taking a film course at college, so we figured we may as well get started now.
Me and my friend Liam (the filmer) have decided to put up some free running videos, for now he is using his phone camera but soon he'll be buying a £110 HD camcorder, once he has bought that we will attempt to get sponsored by Nike or companies like that, so yeah right now we need -
