When did 11 minutes become long?
I think the two main problems with this is that it'll be enormously hard and challenging to create a system suggested here in the video. It would require so many resources to evaluate every single child and have enough options for them, while still being dynamic enough to let things change if needed.
The other is that many people that aren't doing/didn't do well in school because of their own faults, easily blame the system because they don't want to realize that they need to do a better job to gain results.
Besides, I think that if the day comes when employers and the general public outside the schools understands and accept this notion, it will be in a very long time. If it comes at all.
