I'm thinking I'm going to have to go on a yeast free diet...I'm a little nervous cause I already eat a pretty limited diet (gluten free and somewhat dairy free) but I'm kind of excited too because if I can make it work a) I'll feel so much better, and b) I'll feel like I'm living in the wild or something cause you eat mostly food in their natural form ie: fresh meats, veggies, nuts, seeds, ect. I won't be able to start it right away but I'm already thinking of ways to cut down on yeast. I'm just very tired of feeling tired, achy, and sick to my stomach! Has anyone else tried a yeast free diet or have ever even considered it?
