Ok so this sunday I'm taking something me and my friends now call the "Masochist's challenge" which, although as a name it is cheesy, fits. We'll be spending six hours on a high-resistance inclined elliptical. Which, while painful enough is aided by or own twist of the "Masochism" edge. We've done this before and in order to get past the wall we originally thought that having something
more painful to focus on would help and so the masochist's challenge began. It consists mostly of the handles being wrapped in a stun-gun-esque device (modified electric flyswatter) so that pressure engages them and we spike our water with Habenero extract (about a teaspoon per 5 oz) Now obviously these things don't actually help, we realise this but...
Well, it's tradition now
Anyway besides that I'll have access to my music, blasted at ear-bleedingly high volumes. I was just wondering if anybody has any other ideas (save removing the pain-multipliers) on how to make things easier... Or, if it's your bent to kill me, how to make things
more difficult- always love a struggle
Just please don't recommend putting a piece of gravel in our shoes. We played with that but it's nothing short of crippling -_-'
