Good man! Peanut allergy, he accidentally ate a peanut from the elephant habitat and died XD

Ok this is a riddle I also made up, this isn't a yes or no riddle this is a logic puzzle.

There are four people, three boys and three girls. The boys names are Bob, Jack and Bill and the girl names are Mary, Lucy and Susan. These six people go to a gameshow where two groups of two are created, only four contestants are allowed into the show.

So the four people are split up into two random groups, such as Bill and Susan as the first group and Bob and Mary as the second. At the end of the first round, one person is said to be "more happy" and the other one said to be "less happy", the people who are "most happy" in each group are than paired, the people who are "less happy" on each group are then paired as well. (The group with the two "most happy" people are known as the most happy group and the two who were the "least happy" are known as the "less happy group")

Then again people are seen as "less happy' and "more happy" in their new groups. The "less happy person" of the "less happy group" gets disqualified. The "most happy person" of the "less happy group" gets paired with the "most happy person" of the "most happy group". Then "least happy person" of the "most happy group" is left single.

Another round is taken and the "most happy person" of the two that are paired goes with the person who was single, the "least happy person" of the two that were paired gets disqualified.

Finally, one more round is taken and the "most happy person" of the last pair is declared the winner.

Again only 4 of the 6 people can be in the competition, here are some facts.

-Bill only likes to talk to members of the opposite sex, but loves to do so
-Bob doesn't like Jack, Mary or Lucy but likes everyone else
-Jack likes Bill but hates bob, he also likes talking to women
-Susan fancies jack, but is not interested in the other males or females
-Mary is disgusted by men, but loves talking with women
-Lucy loves everyone but Jack and Bill.
-If two people are paired that "love" or "hate" each other (as in they both love each other or hate each other) the game show ends and no one is declared the winner.

What grouping would have to be made in order for Bill to be the winner?

Goodluck, took me like an hour and a half to come up with this riddle xD
