I've been wondering this for a while, below each persons piture, where it say 'karma', under that it says '[applaud] [smite]'. What do they mean? And is there one underneath my section saying 'karma'? I can't see one.... ???

Alright... basically what that karma means is how people think of you.

Like take mine for instance, (when I posted this message... may be subject to change when it's seen though) I have had 33 presses on my 'applaud' and 2 presses on my 'smite' for my own karma.

The reason why you can't see those two options available to yourself is because you can't really decide how you're viewed by others... But you can applaud or smite others. And you cannot 'take away' karma from yourself or from others, you can only give it to others and they can give it to you.
