How can I tell my parents about fursuits?

i really want to get a fursuit but i will have ask my folks for one because 1: i'm low on greens and 2:they wanted an idea for christmas please help

Im having the same problem except with a tail, a pair of ears, and a collar. Which is obviously an easier thing to solve. But the solutions are simliar. Heres's whatcha gotta do:
Be serious with your parents when you tell them. Don't make it seem like a joke.
Explain to them why you personally want a fursuit.
If you have to explain furrydom, explain it.
If you feel like you can't say it, write it.
Tell your parents that a fursuit would make an excellent gift which is entirely truthful 
If they seem like they don't care, keep bringing it up so that they do.

Dont know if this can help but when I told my mom about the furry world, She ask me alot of question but the most one that stood out was I'm a artist so I can make animal art and people art but Furry is mix of both and there is more better art can be then by one type or other. And it also like getting into one animal side and becoming more passion about life. I know that it not same like everyone base reaons but she ask alot of question. As it help that I slowly talk to her about it. And I said serval other stuff that I cant remember since it was few year ago. And after that, I even got my mom, one of my aunt and uncle andfew of my bro and sis to enjoyed the furry world.
