Hello,
The furry name is EonWülf, but I won't give out my real name until I get to know folks around here more. Trust is a major hindrance for me in most things. Also, the fact that I am 33yrs old makes me feel a little odd as I have read through many threads already and most people on here are in their teens and 20s.
I chose the Eon part for the time it represents. Even though I can't get a clear definition of the period of time as the Merriam-Webster dictionary defines it as "An indefinite period of time" AND "A unit of time equal to a billion years". I am sorry, but those two statements completely contradict each other. The Wülf part is obvious, but the umlaut over the 'u' takes it too a different pronunciation, because simply WOLF is too basic and so it sounds more like woolf.
I discovered that I was a furry back in 1994/95. Not exactly sure what date, but it was when i first saw a picture of an anthropomorphic wolf. It was very strange to me as I didn't know exactly what it was, but I was taken by the picture and saw some of myself in it. I still have the picture to this day. Even though my favorite mythical creatures are dragons and the existing creatures are penguins. There is just something about the wolf that has always inspired me. Possibly the boldness and that icy stare that says, "never stand down". It works since I am naturally tentative. Not that I am anti-social, I am just not good at being social. The boldness of the wolf is very inspiring in that aspect. In 2003-ish is when I learned what a furry is and knew that is who I am. Just in the last years I have been wanting to take it further and actually make a fursuit rather than just having a fursona. I am extremely creative, but I can't draw worth ANYTHING and I am not so sure my craft skills with fabric and such are that good since I have never done it, but am willing to try. I am still debating on whether I should make a full suit or just a head, hands, tail, and feet while wearing normal clothing. I can't tell how many videos I have seen on youtube that show the head making process and some with a moving jaw that just BLOW ME AWAY at how amazing they turn out. I'll give the head, hands, tail, and feet a try...maybe later move to a full fursuit? I'll definitely need a sewing machine if I do.

On the outside or as some call reality, I am a successful professional in the computer networking world. CCNA, CCNP, CCNA Voice and CCNA Security are a few certifications and I have an Associate degree in Network Administration. I'll leave the company I work for as a blank since it's a love/hate relationship with most people.
My hobbies themselves are also computer/science related. I love physics and astronomy. I have a 20cm telescope for viewing the night skies...when it isn't cloudy(like it has been for the last week. I am going to buy a camera soon so that I can take images of all that I can see too. Hopefully with have it before ISON arrives. On the computer side of the hobby, I love building computers. Last year I built myself a HTPC(home theater PC) and earlier this year I built a gaming rig designed around Skyrim. Meaning it can run Skyrim in full HD graphics(the texture pack is SIIIICK) and in 3D to a 3D TV. Yes, it requires liquid cooling.

That's pretty much the basics on my fursona and the 'real' me for now. The more I am on and talk to folks the more you will get to know about me.
