Ingredients:
225g of plain flour
2 eggs
Milk
Butter
Method:
Put the flour and eggs into a mixing bowl. Mix them until everything is mixed in and you haven't got pockets of flour in the bowl. Add the milk a bit at a time while still stirring. You have enough milk when the mixture is quite runny. Stir until the mixture has an even consistency.
Heat up a frying pan and put in a knob of butter. When the butter is melted into the pan, tilt the pan so the butter spreads until the pan is well lubricated (Lubricated. Heh.). Put a ladleful of mixture into the pan using a ladle. When the bottom of the pancake is no longer liquid, use a spatula to flip it over. Flip the pancake occasionally with a spatula or toss it if you're brave (Consult youtube on how to flip a pancake) until both sides are lightly golden and have a brownish pattern on them. When Cooked, put it on a plate.
Pancakes are traditionally eaten with sugar and lemon juice. You can put whatever you want on them though. Syrup, jam, peanut butter, Nutella, rainbow sprinkles, mutant combinations of these (Nutella and peanut butter is beautiful.), whatever the hell you want. Now roll the pancake up and eat it.
