IF you have ever played NES, or SNES, or the emulator versions of them, which is better?

SNES was my childhood, so that.

I can say NES has its own group of games and is pretty good but the SNES capitalized on the PAL compatibility and other things the NES didn't exactly have. SNES remade most of its original games and other games but I always root for SNES.
It had Mario World and Contra and umm..... Killer Instinct.

I actually didn't start playing video games on actual consoles until two and a half years ago, when I got a DS Lite and Pokemon LeafGreen (I've played PC games for as long as I can remember though).

As much as I'd love to actually own a NES or SNES, I don't have enough money to buy everything I'd like to play, considering how some games I'd be interested in trying out are 100$+ each...  @.@ Thank goodness emulation exists.

I'm gonna have to go with SNES, because it's got some of my favourite games ever, such as Kirby Superstar, and because I've had so much fun playing all sorts of games with friends in the past thanks to the online multiplayer function and Hamachi.

(PS - if anyone is interested in playing said multiplayer SNES games, send me a message! I can help you set up stuff and send you the files you need. I miss playing SNES games with people...  :( )

Definitely SNES. NES had a lot of charm, even though it never gained as much popularity as the SNES. SNES brought about a lot of games that I dearly love, even to this very day, just to mention a few: Final Fantasy series (MQ, II-VI), Legend of Zelda, Street Fighter, Lufia.

I've been emulating older generation consoles for ages, but the one console I seem to return to all the time is the SNES (even on my phone).

SNES was my childhood, so that.

And this might have a say in things, too. x3
