Need help testing my board game out...

Calling all board game geeks! I'm in the process of creating a board game (one of many ideas I have). It's a fighting game-meets-board game. I have a rough draft of it already done, but I need people to help me test it out. I need people who can give me ideas and criticism of how to make it better. The testing will likely be done using a chat room with drawing in it. The characters I made so far for the game are furries (but I will eventually allow some sort of character customization). I haven't really had anyone to test it yet, so any help is much appreciated!

Also, I will eventually need artist(s) for the characters and game boards. I have a bit of spending money for artwork but not a lot.
