Hey! I'm not sure how to make my ranger squad, so I approached you guys for help! here's the basics, skills will follow, if you care to read them. the wiki page is here!

Religion: Atheist, Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Indigenous, Jewish, Mormon, Muslim, None, Sikh
Smokes: Bones, Coffin Nails, Nico-Pops, None, Red Rooster, Styx
Ethnicity: African, American, Arabic, Asian, European, Indian, Latino, Native American, Russian
Biography:
Gender:there's attributes first, and each starts with three, and maxes out at ten. there's also 7 extra points to distrubute. if you drop all point values to 1, you will get 21 points to distribute.
these attributes are as follows:
Coordination:adds to your action points ( you ability to preform actions in a turn) and gives you a slight ranged hit bonus
Luck:gives you a bonus critical chance, and a bonus chance to evade
Awareness:
gives you a bonus to combat initiative (you turn is more likely to come first) and a bonus chance to evade
strength:which gives you a bonus to health, carryweight, and health gained per level
speed:
gives you bonus chance to evade, gives you more movement per action point used, and gives you a bonus chance to evade
charisma:which can be easily guessed. It adds to your leadership radius, and your non-combat experience gain. also, some NPC's will only join the player's party if the squad's charisma is a certain level.
intelligence:which determines your skill points gained per level, and your max surgeon skill.
Skils:You start with 12 Skill Points. 2 points are required to unlock skill levels 1, 2 and 3. 4 points for levels 4, 5 and 6. 6 points for levels 7, 8 and 9. 8 Points for level 10.
Combat skills:Assault Rifles
Bladed Weapons
Blunt Weapons
Brawling(hand to hand)
Energy Weapons
Handguns
Heavy Weapons
Shotguns
Sniper Rifles
Submachine Guns
as you can guess, adding to these skills increases your general proficiency with that weapon type, increasing the range, accuracy, etc of chosen weapon type.
Knowledge skills:Alarm Disarming
Computer Science
Demolitions
Field Medic (heals the somewhat lightly wounded, using consumables)
Lockpicking
Mechanical Repair
Safecracking
Surgeon (healing the heavily wounded, and alleviating persisting medical conditions)
Toaster Repair (sometimes out in the wastes, you will find toasters. toasters usually have some small nugget of valuable loot, like a hand grenade)
General skills:Animal Whisperer (your skill of getting the animals of the wastes to do what you want)
Barter
Brute Force (your skill at brute-forcing things, like pulling open a jammed door, or pulling a cart out of the mud)
Hard *ss (your negotiation skill of pretty much yelling at people to get your way)
Kiss *ss (your negotiation skill of basically saying exactly what the person wants to hear)
Leadership
Outdoorsman
Perception
Smart *ss (your negotiation skill of coming up with quick, witty one liners, typically technicalities)
Weaponsmithing (your skill at maintaining, and building weapons)
