Need help developing and brainstorming

Hi, I'm just here trying to write a champaign for a dungeons and Dragons game with my friends and I, but I want to make it my own. I have this idea of basically dragon furries trying to bring back the old age of dragons and their pureness. I'd like to incorporate some kind of honor system like in the guardians of ga'hoole series as well.

Any help is much appreciated.
