Legends of Rylom

Ever since I was young, I had this amazing idea for a story with a deep and interesting universe called 'Rylom'. As I grew older, an anime I watch called One Piece inspired me to persue this idea and turn it into a world building, long lasting story. Only problem, I don't know where to start with it. I mean, I've written loads of notes about it and gone through many character designs, but when it comes to trying to write it, I always hit a writer's block. Is there anything I should do to solve this?

Speaking from experience, write it.

just write any crap you can come up with, worst case scenario you completely rewrite it once you know what happens next.

The hardest part of any task is starting, once you are going its much easier to continue.
