What makes you nervous stagefright? Crowded rooms? Cloowwns?? For me its when I say something dumb in front of my mate..^^;

I get  nervous when I have to talk to people.

when I say or do something where the response from someone else is delayed. in real-time I don't have time to be nervous...

I know how you feel , sometimes when this certain teacher at school starts talking to me I'm like *oh no why me*

I've mentioned this before...

I have severe telephobia. I DO NOT call friends. I DO NOT video skype friends. Not even best friends. Anytime i HAVE to call (like to make an appointment or order something or call out sick), i get so nervous that i pace back and fourth in my house for up to a half hour just sweating and hyperventilating.

But to talk to the same person, in-person, i would be completely fine with.

This makes my life super complicated.

I'm super sensitive (that's the cause of my depression) and I'm also a perfectionist, so pretty much every item or work I have to do and human interactions could get me nervous or stressed out.
