Get Virtual Audio Cable.
It's a looper. Adds virtual microphone and speakers.
It works like this:
Music player → virtual speakers as player's output device → Virtual Audio Cable input → Virtual Audio Cable output → virtual microphone as Teamspeak's input device → Teamspeak
In the end (if everything is set up properly) you will transmit music from your music player like you are speaking to your microphone.

Is this what you looked for?

Virtual Audio Cable might not work on newer operating systems and is paid.

As an alternative, I use free VB-Audio Virtual Cable, but it allows for up to 1 looper at the time.

Dunno why. Works perfectly for me.
The fact that you can't hear it yourself is normal.

In Windows' settings for any microphone, there is a option to loop sound from microphone to system default audio output.

Instructions there look clear and legit.

It might be something with your system, if is still doesn't work.
