Retcon it to two vans? one  for the others, one specially built for heavy SCPs? (in this case Al)

I think its safe to say the foundation has the resources to build a stronger van than the standard, and they need to transport them through heavily populated areas anyway. so some method must be possible.

Edit: it already was two vans. 10 points to me. Making the adjustments, and specifying one of the THREE is specifically for Al.

I would just like to say that I do have some idea what is going on with the plot. I am happy to allow you to describe things on the edges, and to give full control over your own backstories, but please PM me before doing anything to dramatic with the plot. I am saying this to try to keep the story consistent. Note that if you have a good idea I can implement, I will. But there is no guarantee that is possible.
