Forza Furs
« on: September 17, 2015, 05:10:52 PM »
Although the racing game franchise is small compared to the amount who play other games, the Forza community is even smaller. The reason being that there are not many Forza players is due to those that like the more "arcade"  type racing games, such as, Need for Speed, Midnight Club, The Crew, and many more.
Growing up, I have played many racing games and they were all mainly arcade. I was never introduced to the Forza series until Forza Horizon (the first horizon), and yes, it's an arcade racing game. Horizon took open world racing to a new level until Forza Horizon 2 came out. FH2 took open world to a whole new level. With the freedom of customizing and tuning your cars and the open world, FH2 gave players a chance to experience Forza in a fun way. Forza Motorsport, on the other hand, is a simulator.
My first simulation racing game was FM5. The game was great besides the fact they did that finish the physics engine because of the Xbox One launch and FM5 being one of the first games to release with it. FM is hard at first, but through lots of playing you can become great. FM6 is easier than FM5, but they are roughly the same.

The image is my GT-R R34 V-Spec I I with an imported design I created in FH2. It is my drift competition car.

I really recommend trying it out and play it for a week or two just to get the feel of it. I just want to increase the number of Forza Furs and players in general.

Huge fan of Forza myself, but I've moved on from Xbox so I can't really play it anymore. :( I wish they had it on PC.
