The Search For Love (Open RP)

//Hi guys, this is going to be an open RP. My OC has been feeling very depressed lately, mostly due to the fact he is still single at 17. He tried to change that, but he is always facing bad luck. If he does succeed in finding love, which I hope he will.. He would settle down for a family and a stable job. He's also a musician, too. albeit being a human-sized Chipmunk can be an advantage, the tail does get in the way of his Hammond Organ pedal playing. Anyways, have fun!.//
Nate sat down on a park bench, reading the paper. He sighed and just kept on reading.

Garen walked slowly down the pathway through a park. The large wolf slid his paws into is flannel jacket for warmth. He took a deep, calming breath of the fresh air as he looked around the park. After a moment the wolf spotted a chipmunk fur sitting on a bench. "He looks a bit lonely." Garen thought "why not say hi?". He started walking to the bench.

(Hmm... looks interesting. I'll give it a try!)

Cecilia strolled aimlessly around the park. She was just enjoying her day. The weather was nice, the birds were singing, and everything seemed to be perfect. However, there was one thing that caught Cecilia's attention: a lone Chipmunk sitting on a bench. He was reading the paper, but he looked lonesome. Cecilia didn't like that, she liked everyone to be happy. She walked over to the bench and greeted the fellow. "Hiya there! What's that your reading?"

*He sighed and said* Hello.. I am reading the local news.. *ears down* I wish I had a female soulmate..

Cecilia chuckled, "don't we all? You seem like a nice person to me. What's your name?"

Crimson sits up against a tree in the shade, just enjoying his day and watching the other people in the park, hoping that he could spot a beautiful female that he could make his own

Nate looked at her. "My name is Nathan, or Nate for short."

"Nate, that's a nice name. What do you do for a living?"

he looked at her. "I repair Hammond organs and play them." He sighed.

"Woah, I've never heard of that. What's a Hammond organ?"

[ChipetteLover]

"It is an electromechanical instrument. It has a tone generator consisting of little wheels that spin on a synchronous motor, and that motor is frequency dependant on the mains power. The keyboards are 61 keys each, with 12 inverted keys for presets which latch down. For changing the sound you hit the B flat or B presets, those two enable the drawbars, which you pull out with your finger. Like sliders on a mixer."

"Woah, that's really fancy, you must like music. Do you play?"

nate smiled. "Yes I do."

*Crest walks in and notices a load of seemingly sad people* What's their problem? *he ponders*

"Cool!" Cecilia said "I'd love to hear you play sometime. In fact, why don't you take me to your place?"
