Potato candy

This was a rare treat I enjoyed while growing up.
ingredients:
1 medium potato
1 bag powdered sugar
Peanut butter to taste


Steps:
1: Peel and quarter the potato.
2:Boil the potato as if to make mashed Potatoes.
3: drain your potato.
4: start to mash it up and begin slowly adding and mixing in your powdered sugar.
5:Once the gooey mess has become dough like spread it out on a piece of wax paper dusted with powdered sugar.
6: once you have it spread out to the desired thickness spread on your peanut butter.
7: roll your peanut butter covered sheet of sweet potatoey goodness so that the peanut butter makes a spiral on the end.
8:Place in the refrigerator to set.
9: once set cut the tube into slices and serve.

Wow, I've never heard of anything like this before :O I guess most people probably don't think of potatoes being sweet?
I'll have to try it out cuz we just got some potatoes

I make it at maximum, once a year as it is super sweet, making it special whenever I share it.
