Blanks in europe ?

Hello guys
I really want a fursuit, but I do not know where to buy the material. I do not feel like ordering in the US as the shipping price often is more expensive than the item itself.... Yeah, shippings usually are something like 90$ just for a resin blank, so I am looking for a provider in Europe.
I am looking for a realistic or semi-realistic house cat blank in foam or resin.
Do you know of anyone (website, artist, etc) who may be selling blanks in Europe? (or in the US but who can ship for decent prices ^^').
