but the ones I've used you can. x3

Erm.. Photoshop Elements, Photoshop CS2, and CS3.
Are the ones I've used.

Just click on the 'windows' tab, and there should
be an option for animation. ^^

hmm, im using CS2 and CS3

EDIT: ah, i found the animation thing.. its a bit limited compared to flash and other programs, but sure, you can do some cool stuff with it

Yeah. x3 It just takes a little getting used to.
I'm sure you can do almost anything with it though,
short of coding and such like flash.
