One day someone said to me are you a furry and i said yes then this person said you can't be an animal lover then.
I said what do you mean and he said well if you were an animal lover then you would not dress up as them ( he thinks we are not animal lovers because we take to mic out of them by dressing up as animals when we are humans )

what to do or what should i say, give me pack up here please

you can tell him that a majority of furries does not even own a fursuit. and you can go ahead tell him that a fursuit is about $1,600 for a complete set. no way we can all afford that.
how is dressing up as an animal not loving it?
oh, and most of all, you can tell him that he still have way too much to learn about furry to be entitled to believe he knows us.

unfortunately, most peoples are ignorant like this. At least it wasn't a peta person, like what happened to me. i have no idea what to say to a person like that, but what i said made the peta person angry and was kind of graphic (gore/violent wise) and gave me a feeling of satisfaction.

Think about it. Being a furry and liking animals is normally a given, but furries and zoophilia varies from furry to furry. That's poor logic, though, I'm sure they're might be furry zoophiles.

It's possible, but the problem with that is the person supposedly said "if you were an animal lover then you would not dress up as them ( he thinks we are not animal lovers because we take [too much] out of them by dressing up as animals when we are humans )". So in other words, if this unknown person was referring to zoophilia, he would be saying "if you were into zoophilia, you wouldn't dress up in fursuits." Which doesn't really make sense to me, personally...

It sounds like the person was just accusing WolfClaw (or furries in general) of insulting animals by trying to look like them (i.e. dressing up in fursuits).

either way, there's only about max 7% of us that even have a fursuit.

so that'll always be a dent in that argument.
