You could say I'm a game developer
« on: February 02, 2020, 03:00:07 AM »
For years, I have created levels on various games, so when I came across Bitsy Game Maker in late December 2019, I had the idea to take it a step further and actually make a game. Over the course of about a week, completing and updating it multiple times, I made a game called The Shift. This game didn't really have a story, it just involves a person walking around, interacting with characters, and collecting items. Towards the end I tried to fit in a story of sorts, but it didn't really work that well. Soon after, I decided to make another game, called Maze Time.  With this game, I actually tried. I gave it a story all the way through, and actually added a bit more to it gameplay-wise than just walking around and interacting with stuff. They are played in the browser and are both completable in around 15-30 minutes. Links to each game are below.

itch.io, which is a pretty great place for budding game developers. I would appreciate it if you could provide us with a direct link.
