You can start as any kind of splicer, or a prototype big daddy that can talk (only like 2 people at most) Any character can be from any walk of life, can be furry or not (worked into storyline via gene tonics that change appearance) deformed, anything.
Any plasmid in existence or a plasmid that you run by me. I am my group's allround game master so i know fair.

Occupation: Welder in the Arcadia block of rapture
Bio: Born on the surface in America, he came down into rapture to earn his living as a mechanic and welder. He became a welder in the Arcadia district and a fast friend to most. He craves Adam, but does not let greed cloud his mind. With the absence of the little sisters, Rapture has become a scary place, and he knows only the most skilled will survive, and he is most certainly skilled.
Weapon of Choice: Shotgun, no upgrade.

Bio:  Used to be a normal human but accidently transformed himself after a genetics experiment went wrong.  He continued working for Dr. Suchong, but in secrecy.  After the doctor's death he went into hiding for a while.  Now he lives out his days in Dr. Suchong's old apartment.
Weapon of Choice:  Pistol (upgrade 1)

Heh, fun game, haven't played it in soooooooome time though, beat it and saved all the sisters to boot

Race: Furry Splicer; Houdini
Plasmids: Insect Swarm
Tonic: Natural Camouflage ((is that permitted?))
Occupation: Theatrical Magicians Assistant
Bio: Rosco used to work as an assistant in one of the larger theaters, his boss, was a talentless hack, who only kept getting shows for people thought he was humorous, just before the civil war, Rosco took a small overdose of adam one day after word, and his body mutated.  Fearing what others would say if they saw him like this, he's stayed hidden, taking a bit of eve here and there, in order to get by, the only things that seem to know where he is are insects that occasionally pester him and get into his fur, despite this, he's still fairly gentle, but knows that in these dark times one must kill for food so they may survive.

Name: Wulf Polkvinski
Race: Furry Splicer (Scally)
Class: N/A
Plasmid: a cocktail of plasmids called 'The Beast'
Bio: Wulf was sepereated from his other siblings during the new years celebration, and ended up in Eden's garden by chance. His plasmids were injected at birth as an experiment with combining plasmids to create new, more powerful effects. This also saved him from the disfiguring effects of splicing since his body was still growing at the time, making the plasmids a natural part of his growth.
Occupation: Maintains the gardens in Eden, with a few other splicers, all whom consider the flowers more important than hording adam
Weapon of Choice: N/A (for now...)

Name: Cyrus 'Gabriel' Polkvinski
Race: Splicer
Class: Leadhead
Plasmid: similar to Wulf, but his cocktail is called 'The Angel of Death'
Bio: Cyrus suffered the same fate as his other two brothers, but ended up in Fort Frolic, currently trying to reach Apollo Square where he thinks his brothers will end up
Occupation: N/A
Weapon of Choice: Shotgun /w upgraded damage

Orin Polkvinski
Race: Big Daddy
Class: Rosie
Plasmid: N/A
Bio: Being the only one who didn't recieve the plasmid, Orin was turned into a Big Daddy to prevent from telling his brothers shortly after they got seperated
Occupation: Slowly regaining individualty, but looking for a Little Sister
Weapon of Choice: Rivet Gun

Cyrus and Wulf won't gain their abilities until they've amassed about 1000-1500 units of Adam

too many plasmids for one guy.
Could be like Jack having the gene problems in the game where they get random plasmids.
No one has that many good ones at the beginning. They would be at fontaine statistics. try to get them to grow (like in games) not instantly be powerful.

Like I told you earlier, they won't even get a single one of these abilities until they reach their adam quota, and even then, its gonna be a couple of fights until they figure out how to shoot electricity or fire

In other words, they'll need to be almost bloated with adam until the entire cocktail kick-starts...
