After taking a really drawn out span of time to lower, the bridge finally hits the ground, and about seven summons of various races and elements appear and seem ready to fight. Chrono seemed to push the air around him and forced them back, and they parted when they recognized their master's magic. "Come, and don't lag behind, I have a few creatures that rarely get their perferred amount of food and they don't discriminate in their meals."

Bunch of ghouls jump out of the ground.
