I would imagine so.  They're more intelligent and are much quicker.  Normal zombies don't have the common sense to duck or dodge.

Type of zombie: Blade Nosferatu *Means a knife wielding zombie that craves blood.*
Abilities: Able to toss grow blades from his arms to fling them about to mid ranges *This ability is only activated upon hearing the favorite song* and able to upchuck knives and swords for up close combat
Favorite Song: Gotta Be Somebody - Nickelback
