The Arctic Forest

The arctic wind blows in her face as she tried to keep her face protected by the heavy snow falling from the sky. Having no direction of where she's going as the snow get harder, looking around to maybe hopefully find some sort of shelter. Now hiding behind a large tree for her to catch her breathe as she lays down and the snow is just piling above her. As she lays curled up into a ball waiting for the snow storm to die down she closes her eyes and tried to get some sleep but her stomache growls at her with hunger as she ignores it, she tries to fall asleep....The next day arrived and she opened her eyes and all she saw was packed snow around her as she crawled her way out of the snow and shook it off her white fur. She noticed that she was getting weak and couldn't go much farther without food so she walk, paying close attention to any signs of food.

A young wild cat sat in the shelter of fallen pine branch, snapping up the remains of a small mouse with great gusto.... licking his bloodied paw with satisfaction his ears pricked up as he watched an arctic fox walk towards him and his shelter....

[Shinzuu Katame: Her Tolfy]

Shinzuu tread slowly through the storm with his medicine chest strapped to his back, trying to find his way to the village past the forest, but is now lost because of the storm. He notices movement and rushes to Trinity and puts down his medicine chest. "Hey, are you ok?" He looks around and barely sees the shelter and waves over. "Hey!! Help me out here!"

She walks slowly, holding herself up with all her strength as she keeps looking around whispering, "Stupid snow storm!" As she searches in the snow for any sign of tracks of small animals then sniffed the air and there was nothing to be found .

The wildcat watched SHinzu with interest, smiling devilishly, he licked his lips, checking nothing of the mouse was left before padding out across the open ground, shivering slightly as the snow whipped up... padding over beside Shinzu he stopped, sitting down and started grooming himself...
"what seems to be the problem?"
his small pink tongue rasped across his fur as he watched the stranger...

[Shinzuu Katame: Her Tolfy]

"don't you see that moving over there? i think that wolf might be in trouble, but i don't think she can see or hear us! She might be falling into hypothermia, we must help her!"

The striped cat stretched out in the snow, yawning widely "oh no, a wolf in trouble.... we must help her... well if this is so then hop to it! there is no time to spare!" flicking his tail twice the cat jumped up onto Shinzus arm and then up onto his shoulder

The black wolf gets down on all fours and positions the cat onto the back of his neck and rushes for the white wolf at full speed through the harsh weather and stops in front of the white wolf's path. "Hey! Stop! You're in no condition to be wandering this forest!"

The light crunch of the wildcats paw's through the snow was overshadowed by the black wolf's shout.... "listen to the wolf... your cold.... and if i had not already eaten my mouse i would have given it to you to eat... you look starved..." he sat, watching the wolf worriedly, but apparantly relaxed, grooming himself...

She stops and looks at Shinzuu with surprise and relief, "I'f i'm not in good condition then what am i? hmm" As she pants heavily and her legs start shaking. The light in her light green eyes begins to disappear. She looks at Kitt and says "Thank you for the kind offer if you had  it"

[Shinzuu Katame: Her Tolfy]

"You're slipping into hypothermia! If we don't heat you up soon, you're going to die! Wildcat, does your shelter have any dry wood we can start a fire with!?"

[TrinityWolfess]

She looks at Shinzuu as she falls to the ground, whispering "It's been sooo long that I haven't had food" as the look in her eyes we're pain and death/

the wildcat sniffed the air, looking from the white wolf, to the larger black furred wolf... "yes as a matter of fact.... you help her up if she needs it... i'l lead the way..." with that he stopped grooming, shook himself off the snow from his fur and leapt away, scampering through the snow, waiting just at the edge of sight through the swirling snow, waiting for the two wolves...

He crawled under her and hefted up the white wolf onto his back and followed the little wildcat. "Come on, you're a wolf. Don't you know to find shelter when it's this bad outside !?"

The dark figure of the striped cat flitted from tree to tree, small paw prints all that was visible other than the occasionale glimpse of him when he stopped to make sure they where still following... "not far now! dont die on us miss Wolfy... not far now!"
