It comes and goes. Some do, usually those unsure of where I'm from. I think everyone notices it though.

Do you feel like an American yet?

I have a SSN, an IL drivers license, a car..I'm becoming deeply embedded.

Favourite country? Hard to say, only been to the US and the UK so can't really make a statement on it yet.

I didn't drink tea so not in the slightest.

Colonial loyalist? Given I wasn't involved in the American Civil War, I'm neither a Loyalist or a Patriot.

Given my current views I don't see a problem with a colony wanting and getting independence, warring over it however, is unneeded.

It's hard to say, I enjoy(ed) both places. Given I'm here with my family, a job and a lot more potential opportunities I'd have to say I prefer it here. But, I do miss the UK as well.

Unfortunately, Canada did not contain my reasons for moving and thus was not my destination.
