I got my avatar from the starcraft 2 wiki
if it's a security thing I can live with it , but why is my ip showing up as spam when i do try?

I tried to use another avatar of a cookie from a baking website to see if it was the one avatar or not and it showed up as a 403 error too

That rule has been disabled for here, so you shouldn't have any problems now.

The IP is recorded whenever a security rule is triggered, in this case the rule was an attempt to block spam websites being inserted into input fields. Obviously for some reason it triggered a false positive.
