It was a couple months ago when my husband and I went to Orlando for the evening for my birthday and ate at a dinosaur-themed restaurant.

Ohh, adorable! Do you think that dinosaurs will ever be "resurrected" with cloning?

I could see us having the technology to do it in the distant future maybe, but I think humans will cause their own downfall before that can happen.

[White Wolf Guardian]

I suppose that's probably true.

Which do you think is more likely to happen for downfalls: irreversible damage from pollution and/or nuclear fallout?

[WingedZephyr]

It's 50/50, but I'd probably guess pollution damage mostly because there's still a large portion of people who don't even think it's a thing. Pretty much everyone knows nukes are bad.

I have to ask then, besides the ignorance of some people, why do you think others believe that there is no such thing as pollution?

I think it's because of misleading news sources and previous bad experiences.

[WingedZephyr]

There are a number of factors. Including misleading news and past experiences, I think it's a pretty difficult concept in general for people to wrap their head around. To accept that we are headed for disaster implies that there's no one responsible for saving us except us, and that's a pretty heavy responsibility. It's far easier to ignore it when it's not something your generation specifically has to worry about. That's the future humans' problem.

Have you ever watched Malcolm in the Middle?

I maybe caught a few episodes here and there, but never really watched it.

Same, I didn't really watch it at all, but this picture became a meme, so now it's hard to forget.

Did you ever get absorbed into the whole "Friends" tv show obsession?

[WingedZephyr]

When I was younger and it was at its peak of popularity, my sister watched it but I was never allowed to. I always wanted to watch it with her, but basically never did. By the time I got older and had access to it, I didn't really care to watch it.

I don't really feel the motivation to go after it now.

Was Buffy the Vampire Slayer a true goddess?

[WingedZephyr]

Eh, she was alright. The show was good, but I think it's a little overrated sometimes. I enjoyed Willow's, Tara's, and Spike's storylines more than Buffy's.

Out of Willow, Tara, and Spike, who had the best storyline?

[WingedZephyr]

Spike was most memorable to me.
