B.) steal his hat
C.) Steal all of his belongings
D.) figure out why the heck he was in the sky in the first place

C.) Killing Giant flying Jellyfish and evil Mudcrabs
D.) Going to the shop and getting a legitimate quest

At First,t he Giant Jellyfish minded their own business, but THEN THEY STARTED BELCHING POISON FIREBALL THINGS IN YOUR DIRECTION!
You expertly dodge as the poison bomb explodes behind you like a grenade and you stab your Shocking Sword of Shocking Lightning into the Giant Jellyfish, making it do the Truffle Shuffle before it died. then a mudcrab bites your leg and it hurts, but then you get payback and curb stomp it into oblivion

What to do Next?

A.) there's a random dead guy.... again... LOOT HIS CORPSE!
B.) Go to the Next Town?
C.) Try and make Raving a popular thing in the Medieval world that makes no sense
D & E = Whatever C is

You would be marching happily to Balmora, but the mudcrab hamstringed you so it hurts the whole way. When you finally get to town, everyone looks really angry for little reason and their armor is yellow for some odd reason.
