"Take my grenades. Until we get some reinforcements to clear out the armory, it'll have to do. Get up on a rooftop nearby, I'll provide covering fire. Stay stealthy, you don't want to blow our cover...not yet..." Arrant runs to a nearby doorway and flattens himself against it, then brings his radio up. "Howl, take out any snipers you find, infantry will be your last priority. Bravo, Charlie, hurry up. Stand nearby behind some cover. When you hear a lone sniper shot, that's que to come in. Get ready Howl, get the best shot you can, because when you get your first shot in it may be the last easy shot you get."

Howl smiles. "Hehe, don't worry, I won't disappoint." He took his R700 and filled it with armor piercing rounds and had three grenades at the ready with seven more in reserve. He pulled the blot back, then pushed it in and took aim with a bi-pod increasing his accuracy. Then Howl spoke on the radio, "Get the citizens in good positions for covering fire."

(Perhaps we should wait for the others? They need a slice of this action as well.)

"Bravo, Charlie, status? Good. Troops are massed near the south side of town, but seem to not know we're here yet. Fire when ready, Howl. And don't worry about the citizens, they're anarchists. They'll just take up space," Arrant pulled his radio down, then yelled at the 2 civilians, "Get ready! When Howl fires a shot, it's game time!" Then an unmistakable voice comes up on the radio;
"This is General Scar...status report...?"
Arrant pulled his radio up, "General?? How are you alive??"
"I fell in a tree...not in good shape...I need a medic..."
A troop from Alpha spoke up, "General, Delta and Bravo are down. We can dispatch a medic in your direction!"
The General responded "No, carry out the mission. You're going to need all the help you can get. The mission is your top prior- Someone's coming!" He dropped the radio and shots were heard in the background. When the sound of battle died out, nobody responded. After a couple of moments teh radio went back to static.
"General's down...1 assuming position!"

"This is 7 in position. I see a tank and a sniper with 10 troops around it. Wait for an explosion then move....." Howl took aim at the fuel holder on the tank and fired, setting off the tank and killing everyone around it including the sniper. Howl got back on the radio, "It's showtime people! Hull yourselves to our position, now!" After that, he threw 2 grenades at a rocket squad, killing all the men. Moving his sniper, he picked off 3 more snipers. "Reloading...."

Arrant fired a grenade at oncoming troops, then took the survivors out with a few bursts, then dashed to the house Howl was on, and bashed the door down, taking down 3 troops on the way up to attack Howl. He ran up to the top floor and barricaded the door, then ran out onto the balcony to give supporting fire. "Alpha, Charlie, we got your backs. Get to the headquarters. Call in reinforcements, Howl and I can take care of anti-aircraft."

With another 4 shots, Howl picked off a mortar crew, then reloaded again. "We've got a troop transport! Quick, take it out with a rocket so the troops don't get out!" He fired another shot and killed a tank commander.

Arrant fired a grenade at the vehicle, hitting a spot along side of it and knocking its course into a building.

When the soldiers stumbled out of the wreckage, Howl immediately picked them off, not giving them a chance to re-group.

As the marines entered the base, Arrant hopped off the roof and started to clear out the buildings.

Howl got on the radio, "Quit messing around down there, we've got more tanks coming inbound from the North, and...wait...I hear someone." Getting off the radio, he drew his pistol and looked around the corner to hear 10 troops coming up the stairs. So he got back on the radio, "Crap! I've got 10 hostiles coming to my position. Taking evasive actions!" Howl grabbed his rifle, ammo and binoculars, planted some c4 then grappled off the building. When the soldiers got there, he detonated the area, killing all of them. "Ok, they're down. I'm going back to the main defensive building!"
