As he was cleaning up the tables, he listened to Kitt and turned to him. "Well, I've spent most of my life in my studies for my passions, having a masters degree in culinary arts and I went to graduate school as well. As for my guitar, I've played in my free time, building up the skill by researching techniques and what-not. Yet, I've seen people do better than me in cooking who haven't spent half as much time in studying and practicing. It's because they were naturally gifted and wanted it far more then I did. So in some situations, as the one your in, it doesn't take so much skill, but determination."

Howl nodded then walked up to the man. "True, true. Yet I don't believe we have been acquainted with you. I'm Howl." He held out his hand for a shake.

Kitt watched Asia closely as he put an arm around him... "why'd you keep saying that? my older sis back in Slovakia was always more of a looker than me, and my brother was always the skilled one... ive always just been the little bro who aint too brilliant at nuthin..." he shrugged Asia's arm off his shoulder, wiping down another beer sodden table...

*yet again listening to another conversation* your being too hard on your self ....Kitt is it?

He looked up, carrying several glasses empty glasses, tail flicking side to side... "yeah... thats me... you Frost right?"

you got er, *taking the glasses off his hand and begins washing them out and drying them*

[Shinzuu Katame: Her Tolfy]

Shinzuu checked his watch. 5am. He has to teach class at 9. He double checked the tavern and bathroom. Satisfactory. He rang the bell again and turned off the lights. He put on his jacket and tossed the keys to Selket.

Howl smiled. "Well, it's a pleasure to meet you, Frost." After cleaning for a bit longer, he over-heard Kitt talking. "Look, Kitt, just try as hard as you can at your culinary studies and you'll make a fine cook." When Shinzuu rang the bell, Howl raised an eyebrow. "Is it time to go now?"

Kitt shrugged, looking up from wiping down the last alcohol sodden table... "well i havnt got anywhere to go anyway...."

He sighed. "Neither do I, ever since I sold my home, I haven't been able to buy another place for me to stay."

"well i never had a place of my own.... i been moving all my life ever since i moved from Slovakia...." he fell back into shy silence, tail swishing as he finished wiping down the last table...
