Ok i came here looking for furry stuff, but ksp talk is even better.
you have to edit the wheels so that the damper strength is maximum. Never use auto damper strenght because it can do stuff like jumping up and down with more speed than you had at first. Also setting friction control to a number lower than 1 (but not too low, 0.7 works for me) also helps keeping the plane from toppling over.
