I wonder if anyone's tried insulating pipes, could be expensive... or... hmmm
what if you used a pipe inside a pipe, outer being for hot water, inner for cold. outside pipe would also be connected to the geyser and constantly flowing via a pump you can turn off or on or set to run when a certain temperature is read. The outside pipe will also function for supplying hot water to the house.
This way you can keep the pipes from freezing, only downfall is the cold water wouldn't be for the first few minutes (ironic), and could lead to colder hot water and could also spend a lot of electricity.
